1st Adult Cystic Fibrosis International Workshop
Esteemed Croatian Respiratory Society,
I am pleased to inform you that the “1st Adult Cystic Fibrosis International Workshop” will take place at the University of Milan (Italy) from September 5 to September 6, 2019. With this letter, I kindly request the valuable endorsement of your Association. We would be sincerely honored to proceed through a partnership to contribute to give more visibility to scientific issues linked to Cystic Fibrosis and to the different stakeholders involved in this field.
As you know, in the past, thinking of dedicating a whole International Congress to Adult Cystic Fibrosis would have considered a utopia, but in the last decades, the new epidemiology and the advancement in diagnosis, therapies and treatments have made this topic worth of a dedicate and deep attention.
The aim of the project is to gather researchers and clinicians specialized in cystic fibrosis worldwide to have more in depth discussions regarding critical issues connected with the management of this disease in adult age. We look forward that this meeting can become a traditional appointment, to support always new approaches, treatments and frontiers for Cystic Fibrosis.
Please find enclosed a copy of the Preliminary Programme, where you will find more detailed information on the workshop and its Organising Committee.
We would be pleased to cooperate with you through an endorsement agreement, based on a free mutual exchange.
We offer you to publish your logo, and eventually a banner of your upcoming event, with a direct link to your website, on www.adultcysticfibrosis.org, the congress website. We will be delighted if you agreed to do the same on your side. Your logo will also be published on the final programme, the congress App and in all the graphic material to be displayed on site. We could also display materials concerning your Association during the workshop.
In addition, we will invite your organization to encourage young members to take part into the selection for the Rising Stars Session through which two young researchers/clinicians will have the opportunity to present, for the first time, a 15 minutes speech in front of an international audience.
Joining forces, exchanging clinical experiences, sharing data and tools, creating a network of active experts in the fields are the main goals of the conference. It is clear to us that we need to join efforts to beat Cystic Fibrosis. For this reason, we sincerely hope we can count on your support.
